GITE

The Gite shares a common entrance with the Auberge but on the first floor has it's own private front door.

This leads into a well equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ample cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc., in fact everything you'll need  for a comfortable stay.

Beyond the kitchen is the lounge/dining room in which there is a three seater settee, two armchairs, coffee table, satellite color TV, video, dining table and chairs.

At one end of the room there are two large windows looking out onto the village green and at the other, French doors lead onto the private south facing terrace which overlooks the garden at the back of the house.

Leading off the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large window overlooking the village green.  This room has ample hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Also located on this floor is the shower room with toilet and washbasin ,a  utility cupboard where the vacuum cleaner, ironing board, brushes and cleaning products etc., are stored.

         Modern Tiled Bathroom      

On the terrace you will  find garden furniture and a barbeque and in the garden below there are swings and a slide which young children are welcome to use.

A staircase leads from the dining area to the upper floor where there are two spacious bedrooms with exposed oak beams and Velux windows from which you have views of the famous vineyards of the Cote d'Or.

One room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside cabinets. The other is a twin bedded room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

There is electric central heating throughout the Gite and all windows are double glassed.

All linen and bedding is provided.

A baby bed and high chair are available.
